Jack Hall

As Vice President and head of debt coordination for Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, Jack is responsible for all debt origination and refinance of existing debt in Pacific Oak’s Strategic Opportunity REIT I and REIT II. He has more than 22 years experience in originating and negotiating commercial real estate mortgage loans.

Prior to joining Pacific Oak, he was vice president of commercial mortgage lending and real estate at AIG Global Investments where he was a loan officer covering production in AIG’s Western Region, overseeing all commercial real estate activities in the Pacific Southwest, including; Southern California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. Other responsibilities include capital market and structured transactions, securitization, mezzanine and new product development. Prior to joining AIG/ SunAmerica in 1997, Jack worked as a Commercial Property Inspector for Commercial Mortgage Services (“CMS”), in Long Beach, CA.
