Westmoor Center consists of a six-building, Class A office campus located in Denver’s Northwest office market. The buildings encompassing Westmoor Center are part of the larger Ten West at Westmoor Business Park, which contains 10 buildings in total. Since 2006, capital improvements have been made, including the build-out of the business center in Westmoor Center III and mechanical upgrades, including elevator modifications and lobby renovations.
Westmoor Center’s location offers convenient access to corporate travel via the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, more than 200 shops at the Flatiron Crossing Mall and the 1st Bank Center, a new 180,000-square-foot event center.
