Iron Point Business Park is a 211,056-square-foot Class A office park. It consists of five separate buildings: one-, two-, and three-story buildings on a site of approximately 15.71 acres. Four of the buildings were completed in 1999 and the final building was completed in 2001. Each building is located on a separate parcel. Iron Point Business Park is centrally located within Folsom and is visible from U.S. Highway 50.
